All requests to the /v2/users/* endpoints must include both the client_id and api_key as detailed in the Authentication document.

Dots requires the collection of 1099 information for all users located in the United States if they move USD $600 or more within a calendar year. This information is collected automatically by Dots if they use any UI components provided by dots. Otherwise, this information will need to be provided through the API.
